My first thought was “Omfg, this is awesome, I would own one and sell cupcakes out of it.” Then I realized it’s only cute sitting on a city sidewalk with the owner hanging out a window handing out baked goods. In motion, and taking into account I don’t actually see any windows,  this thing looks like some kind of horrifying kidnapedomobile.
