Why are they updated? Well, some of the current version—before I have switched to MP4 is “.avi”. While they all work, .avi doesn’t work on iPods, iTunes, Quicktime… etc.
Why are some updated—but not others? Because after episode 9, they are all (except episode 21) currently in HD. As of recently, they are all updated.
Why won’t some of them download? Perhaps your browser isn’t working properly, or 4shared is being a pain in the … butt.
