She Thinks Too Much [Such Girls Are Dangerous]

freshest-tittymilk replied to your post: BATMAN tribute art for the shooting victims? No.

but… isn’t the whole connection was that… the killings/massacre happened at the movie première? something that’ll marr it and be remembered forever? anddd didn’t the paris première get postponed b/c of the incident?

No I get the connection completely.

Still, the images are kind of side-eye worthy to me, and I’m pretty sure it stems from the fact that I think the media/news/tumblr calling it the ~*Batman Massacre*~ is shady as fuq too. I know it’s excellent for soundbites, but it feels belittling.

With the art, I get the sentiment I really do but I feel like it’s entirely possible to send your thoughts/prayers/whathaveyou out to the victims and their families without a picture of Batman’s cowl shaped like a heart. Like when people drew Japan!Hetalia when the tsunami happened.

It’s just kind of…tacky and nyeeeeh idk no thanks plz dont.

And hell that might be triggering vOv
